Who this policy applies to
This Refund Policy applies to wholesale furniture orders placed with EVERLANIX COMMERCE by professional purchasers in France. It should be read together with our Terms of Services and the applicable quotation or written order confirmation.
Because our sales are primarily business-to-business, the consumer's general 14-day distance-selling withdrawal period does not automatically apply. Any mandatory withdrawal rights that apply to a particular transaction remain unaffected.
Before you confirm an order
Our furniture catalogue allows buyers to request a quotation for a specified number of lots. Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding purchase. Before confirmation, we discuss product selection, lot quantities, colours, finishes, delivery details, final pricing and availability.
If you need to change a quantity, configuration or delivery location, please notify us before accepting the final quotation. Once a written order has been confirmed, the cancellation and return terms described below apply.
Cancellations and changes
Requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wholesale order must be sent to us in writing as soon as possible. Acceptance depends on the order's status, any sourcing or production commitments already made, and the terms agreed for that transaction.
Made-to-order, specially sourced, customised or already dispatched furniture may not be eligible for cancellation for convenience. Where a cancellation is approved, we will explain any reasonable, documented costs and the amount, if any, eligible for reimbursement before proceeding.
Returns of non-defective furniture
Wholesale orders are not automatically eligible for a change-of-mind return. Requests concerning non-defective products are reviewed individually and require written authorisation from EVERLANIX COMMERCE before any goods are shipped back.
If we agree to a discretionary return, we will confirm the conditions in writing, including the return address, transport method, who pays return carriage and any agreed handling costs. Goods should be unused, adequately protected, complete and suitable for resale unless otherwise agreed.
Please do not dispatch goods without prior authorisation. Unauthorised deliveries may be refused or held at the sender's risk and expense, subject to applicable law.
Damaged, incorrect or defective goods
We want every professional customer to receive the products and quantities agreed in the order confirmation. If your delivery appears damaged, incomplete or different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with your order reference, a description of the issue and clear photographs where available.
Record visible damage or shortages on the delivery document, with precise reservations, and follow any formal notification requirements applicable to the carrier. Keep the original packaging and the affected items available for inspection where reasonably possible.
Following review, the appropriate resolution may include replacement of affected items, supply of missing units, repair, a price adjustment or a refund, depending on the circumstances, contractual terms and applicable legal rights. This policy does not limit statutory remedies for hidden defects or other mandatory rights.
How to request a return or remedy
Please contact support@everlanixcommerce.com and include:
- Your company name and contact details.
- The quotation, invoice or order reference.
- The affected product name, lot quantity and number of units.
- The reason for the request and, where relevant, photographs of the goods and packaging.
- Your preferred resolution and any important collection or delivery constraints.
Our team will review your request and advise on the next steps. Sending a message alone does not constitute approval of a return.
Return transport and inspection
Where a return is authorised, the agreed instructions must be followed to protect furniture in transit, particularly bulky, fragile or upholstered items. Returns should be secured, labelled and handled in a way appropriate to their size and condition.
Responsibility for transport charges and risk during return shipment is determined by the reason for return, the agreed arrangements and applicable law. We may inspect returned goods to verify the quantities, condition and stated issue before finalising a discretionary reimbursement or other resolution.
Refunds and credit notes
When a refund is approved, we will confirm its amount, method and expected processing schedule in writing. Where practical, refunds are issued to the original payer by bank transfer or another agreed business-payment method. A credit note may be provided where appropriate and agreed.
Refund calculations take account of the items accepted for refund, any agreed return costs, and the VAT treatment applicable to the transaction. Statutory refunds, where legally required, are processed in accordance with the applicable legal deadlines.
