Delivery area
EVERLANIX COMMERCE coordinates wholesale furniture supply for professional customers within metropolitan France. Delivery to Corsica, overseas territories or any destination outside metropolitan France is subject to separate review and written confirmation before order acceptance.
Service availability may differ by destination, shipment size, access conditions and carrier capabilities. A destination mentioned in an enquiry does not guarantee that delivery can be arranged there.
How shipping is arranged
Furniture is supplied in wholesale lots. After you submit an enquiry, our team reviews the chosen products, lot quantities, configurations and delivery address. We then discuss logistics with you and prepare a quotation specifying the proposed supply arrangements.
No products are dispatched solely because an enquiry form has been submitted. Shipment is organised after the relevant order confirmation and satisfaction of any agreed payment or release conditions.
Shipping costs and quotations
Transport charges are calculated individually, taking into account the destination, number of lots, shipment volume, weight, handling requirements and available transport options. Furniture may require palletised or specialist freight rather than standard parcel delivery.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, product prices displayed in the catalogue are indicative wholesale prices in euros excluding VAT and do not include delivery charges. The final quotation or confirmed order will identify the agreed shipping charges and VAT treatment before the purchase becomes binding.
Preparation and delivery times
Lead times depend on stock availability, requested configurations, order volume, preparation requirements and the destination. We communicate the estimated dispatch or delivery window as part of the quotation or order confirmation.
Any delivery date is binding only where expressly agreed in writing. If an issue arises that may affect the agreed schedule, we will contact the customer to discuss revised arrangements and the options available under the contract and applicable law.
Delivery methods and access
Depending on the order, delivery may be arranged through a commercial carrier, pallet network or specialist furniture transport provider. The confirmed delivery terms will specify the agreed service level and unloading responsibilities.
Unless expressly included in the quotation, additional services such as installation, assembly, removal of packaging, delivery upstairs, or handling beyond the vehicle's accessible delivery point are not included. Please inform us in advance of narrow roads, loading restrictions, limited parking, stairs, elevators, required appointments or other access constraints.
Receiving and inspecting goods
The customer should arrange for an authorised person to be present at the agreed delivery location, with suitable unloading equipment or personnel where required by the confirmed shipping terms.
At delivery, check the number of packages or pallets, the visible condition of the packaging and any accessible items against the delivery documentation. Describe visible damage, shortages or anomalies clearly and specifically on the carrier's receipt, and contact us without delay with photographs where possible.
Carrier claims may be subject to statutory formalities and short notification periods under French commercial transport law. General comments such as “subject to unpacking” may be insufficient to protect a claim against the carrier. Our team will assist in assessing reported issues, without limiting any mandatory rights.
Partial deliveries and missed appointments
Where appropriate, we may propose delivery in more than one shipment, subject to prior discussion and the commercial terms agreed with the buyer. Any effect on cost or scheduling will be communicated before confirmation.
If an agreed delivery cannot be completed because the receiving site is inaccessible, the consignee is absent or unloading arrangements are unavailable, reasonable redelivery, waiting or storage charges may arise if provided for in the agreed terms and applicable law.
Damage, shortages and discrepancies
For damaged, missing or incorrect products, please contact us with the invoice or order number, the item details, the quantity affected, supporting photos and a copy of any delivery reservations. Keep the goods and packaging available pending our instructions when reasonably possible.
We will review the circumstances and the contractual arrangements to determine the appropriate remedy. More information is available in our Refund Policy.
Risk, ownership and exceptional events
The allocation of transport risk and the transfer of ownership are governed by the written order terms, the agreed delivery conditions and applicable French law. Payment obligations and any retention-of-title provision, where applicable, will be addressed in the relevant commercial documents.
Events beyond a party's reasonable control, such as major transport disruption or extraordinary supply-chain constraints, are managed in accordance with the parties' agreement and applicable law. We will communicate material changes affecting delivery as soon as reasonably possible.
